About CoMo Properties and Temple University Off-Campus Student Housing:
CoMo Properties was founded in 2007 and is owned by Steven and Robin Jay, who attended and met at Temple University. Steven was a Business Major and Robin an Education Major. They have settled and raised a family in the Philly Suburban area.
They envisioned an opportunity to participate in the re-birth of the North Philadelphia area surrounding Temple’s Main Campus. They are now directly involved in providing quality off-campus housing to Temple University students. Steven is actively involved with TAPA, the ”Temple Area Property Association”. He currently serves on their executive committee.
Their rentals, including several duplexes are all newer construction. Steve and Robin made sure that no corners were cut regarding construction and safety. They offer security systems in all of Their apartment homes and every modern convenience any student could want.
As students in the 1980s, Steve and Robin did not have the opportunity to experience on-campus life. It is their mission to provide safe, comfortable and modern housing that CoMo tenants are proud to live in.
They also take great pride in knowing their Student Tenants are experiencing independent living in a home that is specifically designed for Student Life at Temple University.
